We Came to Make Restaurant Profit Less Random

We knew what a system for profitable growth looks like. Restaurants never had a system built for it, so we built one.

Why we started

Four things happened, in this order.

Three of them happened to us. The fourth is what we have done every day since.

What we built instead
  1. 01

We came from making P&Ls move

Every line of the P&L had a name against it. Somebody knew which lever moved it, and the number moved on purpose, quarter after quarter.

  2. 02

Restaurants had every system except that one

POS, delivery apps, accounting, inventory, staff scheduling. Every one of them records the number. Not one of them works it.

  3. 03

The data was there. The answer was not.

Operators read their numbers every week. Each system sent its own, every report counting activity, none of them saying what to fix or where the next dollar should go. Scattered data, late signals, decisions made on feel.

  4. 04

    So we built Kutlerri.ai

A team of AI agents that work the P&L. Some grow revenue, some cut cost. Catering first, the cleanest win on the board. Then the next lever.

Meet the founders

Real humans. The two who started it.

  • Kutlerri.ai Co-founder

    Kiran Rana

    Co-founder & CEO

    What they run

Decides what we build: the product charter, the agents on it, and the data architecture underneath them.

  • Kutlerri.ai Co-founder

    Payal Tripathy

    Co-founder & COO

    What they run

Customers, numbers and people. The targets, the hiring, the finances, and every approval that goes out with our name on it.

The core team

Still real humans. And the two closest to the work.

  • Kutlerri.ai Core

    Ankit Narain

    Customer Anchor

    Orders up

Every customer’s one point of contact. Onboarding, growth, the monthly numbers, and whatever is not working this week.

  • Kutlerri.ai Core

    Rishabh Srivastav

    Product Anchor

    Orders up

Turns the product charter into what actually ships. Plans the build, runs the execution, fixes what breaks.

If it's our comfort vs. the customer's time, money, or stress, the customer takes priority.

Heroic effort fixes a problem once; a system keeps it fixed. When something works, we turn it into a process the whole team can run again.

We'd rather put something useful in front of operators, learn from it and fix it fast than wait for perfect. Being busy isn't progress; results are.

If you see a problem and touch it, you drive it until it works, not just until your part is done. Nothing gets handed off and forgotten.

When the truth is uncomfortable, we say it early and respectfully. A problem is easier to fix the sooner the right person hears about it.

Now let’s do yours.
